Paul D. Malmfeldt

Paul Malmfeldt specializes in securities, commodity futures, and forex litigation and arbitration. He has represented clients in arbitrations before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the National Futures Association; in reparations actions before the CFTC; in federal and state court; and in mediation. Mr. Malmfeldt has also consulted industry members on matters concerning compliance and regulation.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Malmfeldt was an economic analyst for a plaintiffs' class action firm in New York City focusing on securities and antitrust litigation, and an analyst in the internet products division of an international publishing company.

Mr. Malmfeldt has an A.B. magna cum laude in Economics from Bowdoin College where he was a James Bowdoin Scholar and a J.D. cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law where he was a member of the Illinois Business Law Journal. He is admitted to practice in Illinois.
