Paul D. Malmfeldt

Paul Malmfeldt specializes in securities, commodity futures, and forex litigation and arbitration. Mr. Malmfeldt represents clients in state and federal court; in arbitrations before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the National Futures Association; and in reparations actions before the CFTC. Mr. Malmfeldt also consults industry members on matters concerning compliance and regulation. He is currently representing a receiver for a hedge fund in litigation against the fund's former manager and introducing broker.

Mr. Malmfeldt has an A.B. magna cum laude in Economics from Bowdoin College where he was a James Bowdoin Scholar and a J.D. cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law where he was a member of the Illinois Business Law Journal. He is admitted to practice in Illinois.
